Who we are

CodeSewn is a store operated by VG Bullet LLC, located at 611 South DuPont Highway, Suite 102, Dover, Delaware, 19901, United States. For privacy matters, contact support@codesewn.com.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address, used to send a one-time sign-in link and keep you signed in.
• Saved profile details. If you save them: company name, contact name, phone number, and shipping address.
• Orders. The items you buy, amounts, and shipping and contact details for the order.
• Drop and quote requests. The team, milestone, repository URL, project-permission confirmation, notes, and artwork you choose to submit for a Drop or custom-tee quote.
• Payment information. Processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Marketing preferences. Whether you have opted in to product news and offers, and when.
• Basic technical records. Our hosting provider may process request information such as IP address, browser details, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to sign you in and operate your account, process and ship your orders, prepare and respond to Drop and quote requests, provide support, keep records we are required to keep, and protect against fraud and misuse. Where you have opted in, we use your email to send occasional product news and offers; you can opt out at any time.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We currently use essential storage only, including the secure cookie that keeps a signed-in customer authenticated and browser storage used for cart, promotion, and optional saved-fit preferences. We do not currently run non-essential advertising or analytics cookies.

Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and similar marketing trackers are not currently active on the site. If that changes, we will update this policy and add any consent or opt-out controls required before activating them.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers and partners who process it on our behalf or as described in this policy, including:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Resend for sending sign-in, order, and quote emails.
• Sanity for storing product, order, and account data.
• Vercel for hosting the website and storing uploaded artwork files.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. To exercise these:

• Update or remove your saved details, and change marketing preferences, on your account page.
• Contact us at support@codesewn.com for any other request. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We keep Drop and quote requests while evaluating or servicing the requested work and for reasonable operational recordkeeping. We keep your saved profile details until you remove them. Hosting and security logs are retained according to our provider settings and operational needs.

International processing

We and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

Children

The store is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Significant changes may be communicated through the site or by email.
