Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address, used to send a one-time sign-in link and keep you signed in.
• Saved profile details. If you save them: company name, contact name, phone number, and shipping address.
• Orders. The items you buy, amounts, and shipping and contact details for the order.
• Quote requests. The details and artwork you submit for a custom-tee quote.
• Payment information. Processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Marketing preferences. Whether you have opted in to product news and offers, and when.
• Usage and device information. Through cookies and similar technologies (see below), including pages viewed, device and browser details, and online identifiers used for analytics and advertising.

How we use your information

We use your information to sign you in and operate your account, process and ship your orders, prepare and respond to quote requests, provide support, keep records we are required to keep, protect against fraud and misuse, measure and improve the store, and — where permitted — to deliver and measure advertising. Where you have opted in, we use your email to send occasional product news and offers; you can opt out at any time.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use a small number of essential cookies (for example, to keep you signed in), and — subject to your choices — analytics and advertising cookies and similar technologies provided by third parties. You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie/consent controls on the site, and through your browser settings. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required.

Subject to your choices, we use third-party analytics and advertising services, including Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google) and the Meta Pixel and related tools (Meta). Who we share information with

• Resend for sending sign-in, order, and quote emails.
• Sanity for storing catalogue, order, and account data.
• Vercel for hosting the website and storing uploaded artwork files.
• Google for analytics and advertising.
• Meta for advertising and measurement.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. To exercise these:

• Use our cookie/consent controls or a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control on the site to opt out of advertising cookies and sharing.
• Update or remove your saved details, and change marketing preferences, on your account page.
• Contact us at support@codesewn.com for any other request. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We keep your saved profile details until you remove them. Analytics and advertising data are retained per the providers' settings.

International processing

We and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

Children

The store is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Significant changes may be communicated through the site or by email.
