Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when items can be returned, how refunds work, and what to do if something arrives damaged or incorrect. It applies to orders placed through CodeSewn, operated by VG Bullet LLC.

Stock (non-custom) items

Unworn stock items in their original condition, with any tags attached, may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

Custom co-branded tees

Because custom and personalized items are produced specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the item is defective or we made an error (see below). Please review your design, sizes, and quantities carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@codesewn.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost, including return shipping where applicable.

How to start a return

Email support@codesewn.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping

For eligible returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong item, in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return address

Once your return is approved, send eligible items to: 611 South DuPont Highway, Suite 102, Dover, Delaware, 19901, United States. Please include your order number so we can match the return to your order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
